AGCO is an American company that manufactures and distributes agricultural equipment, founded in 1990. Its headquarters are located in Duluth, Georgia, USA. The current Chairman of the Board of Directors is Martin Richenhagen (2009 revenues: $4,905,351).

In 2013, the company opened a second plant in France, located in Beauvais, where it assembles Massey Ferguson tractors, and then a third site (annex to the previous one) was opened on 11 October 2018, also in Picardy with a 30,000 m2 building on the former Nestlé site, making AGCO the leading private employer in the Oise Department (approximately 2,500 employees at the end of 2018), dedicated to logistics (approximately 100 employees). Another site is under study in 2019 (on the Froneri plant site).
