EMN (École des Mines de Nancy)

The École nationale supérieure des mines de Nancy, or Mines Nancy, also known as the École des Mines de Nancy, EMN and Nancy School of Mines, is one of 205 French engineering schools accredited as of 1 September 2018 to award an engineering degree.

It was created in 1919 to train engineers to operate mines in northern Lorraine, a region that was reclaimed from Germany in 1918. The School has gradually evolved and is now a so-called "generalist" engineering school.
