Mélanie Davaux, an IFP School graduate (GOL, Class of 2014) and Geosciences Expert at Dalkia, is among the “Women in Tech 2026” recognized by the French Academy of Technologies. Her mentor is Sylvie Jéhanno.

Mohammed Benchekchou, a graduate of IFP School (RIG, 2001), has just been appointed Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa at Topsoe, a company specializing in renewable energy solutions.

IFP School graduate Charlotte Herdt Tergoresse to head two strategic Arkema sites
Charlotte Herdt Tergoresse, a graduate of IFP School (ATP, 2008) and the École Polytechnique, took over as head of Arkema's Villers-Saint Paul plant and Verneuil-en-Halatte Research Center (Oise) in April 2025.

Ouafae El Ganaoui-Mourlan's HDR defense
On December 12, Ouafae El Ganaoui-Mourlan, Supervisor of the Automotive Electrification and Propulsion (EPA) program and Co-holder of the ECAV Chair at IFP School, successfully defended her HDR (Habilitation à diriger des recherches, or accreditation to supervise research) on the Rueil-Malmaison campus.
