Liliane Herculano, a graduate of IFP School’s Applied Technology in Petrochemical and Polymer Processes program (class of 2008), received the “Woman of Sustainable Development” award at the “Women in Industry” ceremony, organized by L’Usine Nouvelle on September 23 in Paris.
A graduate of École Centrale de Lyon and later IFP School, Liliane Herculano began her career as a process engineer at Technip. For fourteen years, she worked in the field and led international assignments, from Algeria to South Korea, including stops in China and Norway.
After these years in the oil and gas sector, Liliane Herculano joined Air Liquide in June 2021. Today, as Senior Project Manager at Normand’Hy—the French group’s largest low-carbon hydrogen production site—she is leading the development of this large-scale production.
