On 27 February, IFP School welcomed a delegation from Nigeria's Petroleum Technology Department Fund (PTDF).

The purpose of their visit was to discuss a possible academic cooperation, particularly in the development of joint Master programs.

PTDF is a government agency responsible for developing human capital and petroleum technology to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

The agency supports students who wish to pursue Master's and/or Doctorate programs in the energy sector both in local institutions or abroad.

Each year, PTDF sponsors around ten students enrolled in IFP School's specialized engineering programs thanks to an agreement with Campus France. Nine students in the Class of 2020 are PTDF scholarship recipients.

The delegation included Balarabe Z. Ahmad, General Manager, Executive Secretary representative, Rabi’ah Waziri-Adamu, Manager – Education Training and Charles Osaretin, Officer – Overseas Scholarship Scheme. Michel Hardy, Scholarships program coordinator at Campus France, accompanied the group.
