Zita joined IFP School in September 2023 as Program Supervisor. She has more than 20 years of international experience in the upstream oil industry. She spent most of her career at Schlumberger, where she started as a field engineer in coiled tubing, covering a wide range of operations: coiled tubing drilling, fishing, stimulation, nitrogen lifting and production logging. Zita also provided support for well testing operations during the exploration and production phases. She has worked in Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe with most of the local and international producers.

After several years in technical and operational roles, she became Head of training at Schlumberger schools, then at the Expro group. She participated in the launch of an LMS platform, piloted the opening of a training centre and was responsible for developing training programs for engineers.

Zita is an engineer from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM). She also holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering and Project Development from IFP School (class of 2002).
