2025 Soft Skills Day

Soft skills - human and behavioral competencies relating to interpersonal skills, personality and state of mind - play an important role in IFP School's training programs, with the aim of producing responsible engineers who are good listeners and know how to work collaboratively.

In this context, on April 28, students from the various training programs took part in a number of workshops dedicated to the acquisition and development of soft skills, essential for success in the workplace.

“Thanks to the workshops, which are all led by professionals with industrial experience, students can make progress on aspects linked to soft skills themes, making them even more competent and operational when they leave the School,” emphasizes Zita Kasparian, Supervisor of the Petroleum Engineering and Project Development (PEPD) program and organizer of the event.

The School would like to thank the coaches and speakers for their energy and commitment to helping our students with these different themes:

  • Collaboration: Jane Mobille

  • Communication: Carine Landau, Perrine Rostand, Véronique Jans

  • Communication/Cooperation: Nathalie Prime

  • Innovation: Joao Silveira, PhD, Thomas Parenteau

  • Leadership: Deborah Russell, Frédéric Laurent, Sébastien Méhaignerie

  • Organization: Cécile David Léveillé, Svenja Krobutschek 🇩🇪🇫🇷🇬🇧, Victor Dias.
